Take a moment to ground yourself and connect at this yoga session, available for our club members. Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for a while or are just getting started, this class is a great chance to recharge, and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of our club. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other members and experience the calming energy of yoga together.

Mats will be provided—all you need to bring is yourself and an open mind.

About Astrid

I started yoga about 15 years ago when I was studying Chemistry at University and I was having a hard time managing my stress and sleeping well. I had back pain that was mostly due to the long hours revising with a bad sitting posture, and being anxious. Yoga improved my physical and mental health tremendously, and I’ve never stopped since.

I decided to train in Vinyasa yoga in 2019, ans I’ve been teaching an all levels class at UCL since. I also studied the Tantra philosophy and its influence on yoga. I love a good playlist, pranayama and to practice at moderate speed but with an emphasis on alignment and precision. 

I work in the cosmetic industry when I’m not teaching and I have a baby!
