Join us for a special yoga session in honour of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. Taking place on the 25th of November, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, this class is designed to offer a moment of calm, connection, and reflection amidst the busyness of daily life.

This beginner-friendly session welcomes participants of all levels to explore yoga which supports mental wellbeing. Led by an experienced instructor, the session will focus on fostering inner peace, reducing stress, and creating a supportive space for sharing and community.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your existing practice or try yoga for the first time, this event provides an inclusive environment to prioritise mental health and self-care.

Come as you are, and take a meaningful step towards mental wellbeing. No previous experience necessary—everyone is welcome!

Please note: Some tickets will be reserved for male identifying non-members and some tickets will be reserved for club members. A male instructor will be leading the class.
