Whether you’re a complete beginner or have prior martial arts experience, this session is a great opportunity to experience what Jitsu is all about.

What to Expect:

    •    An introduction to Jitsu techniques and self-defense
    •    A fun, supportive environment for all skill levels
    •    Guidance from experienced instructors and a chance to meet our club members

What to Bring:

    •    Comfortable workout clothes (or a gi if you have one)
    •    A bottle of water
    •    Please clip your nails beforehand for safety
