Really cozy room looking for a replacement student! I loved living here, but I had to move to start a family, so looking for someone to take over my room :)
Location: Urbanest King's Cross, N1C 4BD, 10-min walk to King's Cross station and St. Pancreas Internation station.
Room type: 1-bed ensuite, private bathroom, underfloor heating, very good sound-insulating window, big shared kitchen among 6 students.
Roommates: The roommates are very kind and nice, and quiet at night. Best housemates I have ever lived with.
Tenancy: Now - Sept.11, 2024, 300GBP/week, all bills included, need to be a UCL postgraduate student
Transit: Direct bus connection to UCL main campus (bus 390), or you can also ride a bike for 10 minutes to campus.
Community: Modern and cool neighborhood, Google, Google Deepmind, Meta are located in the neighborhood, quiet and high-end.
Grocery: 5min walk to a big Waitrose or Sainsbury, 10min walk to Tesco
