Luiza Cavalca Monteiro Vieira

I am running for Vice President as I believe it will be an excellent opportunity to leverage my unique experiences and skills to serve as a dedicated leader for UCLWRFC. 

As a newcomer to rugby just a year ago, I bring a fresh perspective and an unwavering eagerness to contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of our team. One of the most defining aspects of my background is my exposure to diverse cultures and languages. Having lived in seven countries and being fluent in multiple languages, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of inclusivity, adaptability, and effective communication in fostering unity and camaraderie within any community.

My primary objective will be to support our President and executive team in driving forward our collective vision while ensuring that the needs and goals of every member are heard, valued, and addressed. I am committed to fostering an environment where every member feels empowered to contribute their ideas, talents, and perspectives towards our shared goals.

With my passion for rugby, cross-cultural insights, and unwavering dedication to our team’s well-being, I am confident in my ability to uphold UCLWRFC’s legacy.
