Having fulfilled the role of women's officer in the Orienteering club over the past academic year, I have been able to identify the challenges and obstacles to the inclusion of women in orienteering, and have undertaken actions to fight for the inclusion of women in sports. 

If I am elected as welfare officer, I will be able to widen my scope of action and work on additional issues -while still working on inclusion within the club- , with a focus on mental health in sports and on fostering a sense of community within the orienteering club through the organisation of social events and educational workshops.
