Having been the Music Director for the MDs 1 year running, I'm honoured to have the opportunity to do it again. I've run some great auditions and helped make our songs more intuitive and singable but I know there's still more to do and I'm so excited to take a more active role in the coaching of songs and working closely to make sure our music comes across the best it can!
