As your WO, I'd love to make a welcoming environment to get our Freshers and newcomers to join and STAY!! Ice club and training is a lot of fun so for our current members - to make sure we're all making the most of it, enjoying ourselves and not letting game / competition pressure get to us TOO much, and have that society-uni balance.
