Elected
After an amazing year of HeMP speakers and our first ever conference, HeMP has been firing on all cylinders. A vote for me is a vote to continue this progress with a focus on the intersection of medicine and politics. Especially as we approach a hotly contested election year with the NHS a key point of campaigning.
If I am elected, expect more intense debates and prestigious speakers alongside collaboration with the various political societies in UCL for debate on British Medical Politics. I will also take the effort to reach out to medical policy think tanks; looking for opportunities for our members.
I am standing so that through these efforts we can make HeMP the definitive student forum in London for discussion of the politics behind the NHS.
