Hello everyone,

Last year, I served as the treasurer, where I was responsible for the finances and non flying-activities. Due to an unexpected situation in which the former president disappeared, I became the interim president. Our flying activities were significantly hindered last year and begin this year; not only were our gliders in maintenance for a long time, but we also faced challenges due to admitting too many members and bad weather conditions.

If I become president, we will make the group smaller by not actively promoting the club. This strategy will focus our efforts on helping more members reach the solo flight level and give more members the opportunity to reach the solo level. Additionally, we will organize more travel activities, such as attending British Gliding Association conferences and visiting other gliding clubs.

I recommend voting for me because I bring a wealth of experience to the table. This experience is crucial, as managing our club is a complex operation rather than a general student club. My background equips me well to navigate our club through these challenges.
