Hi everyone! Having been the first term VP, and treasurer, I’m excited to run again for VP! Visiting the European Parliament at the age of 9 initiated my interest in the diversity of European cultures, hence my choice to study Politics, Sociology and East European Studies at UCL and my motivation to actively take part in this society!

If appointed VP, my priorities will be:

  • Listening and responding to the needs of the society: ensure all members feel happy and supported, keep the society organised and effective.
  • Foster internationalism and inclusivity.
  • Exciting and enjoyable socials, European clubbing nights, Eurovision, picnics, UCL and intercollegiate events and more!
  • More networking and speaker events, participation in MEUs (Model European Union).
  • Revive our award-winning Eureka magazine.

Thanks to previous internships and extracurricular, I have a strong set of abilities necessary for this role: I own solid administrative and communication skills, and doing ballet at a National level developed my pragmatism and meticulousness. Allying this practice with IB training provided me with a solid work capacity. Actively participating in numerous MUNs developed my problem-solving and leadership skills while making connections.

Wishing to push the society in the right direction and continue the amazing work done by the current committee, I would be very eager to take on the role of VP. I look forward to bringing my passion and expertise to this exciting role!
