As someone deeply committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive community, my journey in social entrepreneurship has underscored the importance of human resources and welfare in driving positive change. In my previous roles, including my involvement with Project Ancora during high school, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of effective HR practices and welfare initiatives.

Enactus UCL stands as a beacon of opportunity for aspiring social entrepreneurs, providing a platform for young minds to develop their own ventures aimed at creating meaningful social impact. As a prospective HR Director/Welfare Officer, I am driven by a vision of nurturing an environment where every member feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

1. Prioritize member well-being with tailored support systems, including mental health resources and wellness programs.

2. Champion diversity and inclusivity to ensure everyone's voice is heard and respected, unlocking our collective potential.

3. Establish efficient conflict resolution mechanisms for prompt and fair resolution of disputes.

4. Strengthen partnerships with external organizations to expand our network and amplify our impact.

As the HR Director/Welfare Officer of Enactus UCL, I will be committed to fostering a culture of care, compassion, and collaboration. Together, we will build a stronger, more resilient community that is driven by a shared passion for social entrepreneurship and positive social change.
