Cricket has been a huge part of my life at University. Through meeting a lot of you at nets/socials I understand how important it is for a lot you too, I believe I am the correct person to take on the role of President next year.

This years committee have left the club in a very healthy position to where me and my new committee can help the club become one of the best run at UCL. Next year we will have an Overseas Tour which is already in the works, something UCLCC has never had. Further, I will make sure of competitive sport throughout the winter for members. By looking into the idea of indoor cricket or small sided football games I will make sure that winter training isn't just nets every week. My final pledge is that if I'm to take over as President I will make cricket a part of the main Varsity series as well as having Cricket Varsity later in the season. This will bring the club together earlier in the season and further increase our bragging rights against Kings.

A certain Brian Charles Lara once said "You don't need a group of superstars, you need a team working together to bring you better results." While we may be losing a couple of super-champs, through hard-work we will make UCLCC better.
