I joined salsa only 6 months ago but in a short time it has become such a big passion of mine. The dancing, music, people and culture of it all has been such an amazing experience. I’m very grateful to have had the opportunity to immerse myself within the society and I want to make sure that everyone can. I think a huge part of the society lies beyond just the salsa classes, although integral, and that is the social aspect of it all. I would love to be the social secretary and allow others to immerse themselves within the Latin dance world of London. I will enthusiastically organise activities and trips beyond the classes. This will include securing discounts to Latin socials around London, organising trips to salsa festivals around the country and sorting out accommodation and transport. I want to maintain salsa society as a fun and social environment for everyone of all levels. I really want salsa society to continue thriving and will do the utmost to make sure of it.
