I stand for the treasurer position as its an opportunity to effectively contribute towards the development and functioning of the photo society and this role would be most suitable with regards to my economics and maths based course. Moreover, my eight year experience in wildlife photography and recent involvement in fashion and portrait photography, along with my previous experience as 'events director' for the animal rights society and 'events officer' for the photo society, has given me the valuable insights that could be beneficial in contributing towards this role and to the society.
