Rish Sali

Hi everyone, my name is Rish and I'm running for Mentorship programme executive.

I am standing for this position because I am passionate about the mission and values of the society and believe that I have the skills and experience needed to help make next year even more successful than the current.

As an active member of the medtech society, I've attended the various conferences held this year and am also part of the current mentorship programme. I've seen first-hand the positive impact that the various events and programmes have on those who participate in them. This has helped give me a clear direction for where this society can be further taken:

1. Increase the number of mentors and mentees in the program: Reach out to more professionals in the industry and encourage them to become mentors. 
2. Strengthen the mentorship relationship: Provide more opportunities for mentors and mentees to meet, such as in-person meetings, online seminars, and other events. 
3. Improve the program’s visibility: Host more events and workshops to help spread the word about the program. Work with local media outlets to promote the program. 
4. Provide additional resources: Offer additional resources to mentees, such as webinars.
