I'm running for Live Music social sec because I believe that live music should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or experience level. My goal is to create a society that's inclusive, welcoming, and fun for all members.

My goal is to make live music open and accessible to everyone, right from the very first weeks of term, and I'll try to organise a range of events to make that happen. Whether it's workshops, open mics, pub crawls, games nights, or, one of my favourites, wet runs or sloshy sets (playing live, drunk) everyone will have the chance to participate and feel like they belong.

One thing that's really important to me is making sure that everyone feels like they're part of Live Music. Even if you don't get to participate in big events like Rhapsody, you should still feel like you belong. That's one of the main reasons I want to run - to make sure we're all part of the same society, regardless of skill level, availability, etc.

Ultimately, I want to help create a society that gets you excited each time a new event is announced. That's my ideal Live Music Society and I think it can get there.
