I think Life Science Society is a great opportunity for expanding our knowledge and interests in an interesting and fun way. Being exposed to up-to-date science and recent discoveries in the field is one of the initiatives. Furthermore, I believe networking and sharing own scientific perspective is another aspect that is important for every individual. I believe that additional focus should be organizing events and connecting with scientific societies from other universities. I would put my effort into fulfilling all the mentioned as well as your ideas and suggestions with a goal of improving the society. As someone who is studying Biomedical sciences, being a member of this society could be really beneficial experience. I would definitely give my best as academic secretary to make it that way.
