Arthur Golshani

My name is Arthur Golshani, 2nd year PIR student and I stand for the president role of the UCL Francophone society. 

I am part of the committee of the UCL Francophone society 2022-2023 as an event officer, we have been able to organize unprecedented elements and bring together the French society of London with that of UCL.

I was born in Paris and all my childhood I was cradled in the French and Francophone culture. I learned to love my culture and my country. 

To have been able to be an event officer of the UCL Francophone society this year has been a real pleasure and an honor for me. 

I had the pleasure to share with the other students of UCL our beautiful culture, its traditions. 

If I run today for the position of president of the French society, it is to do even more. 

I want to organize soccer tournaments and a soccer league between the different French societies of the London universities. 

I want to push even more in the direction of inclusion of all towards our society and not only within the french students. 

I want to continue and persevere in the organization of our French lessons which have allowed hundreds of UCL students to start learning French or to consolidate their level of French. 

I want us to do projects on a larger scale, all the while strengthening the partnerships we have as well as our relationship with my other society's at UCL and other universities.

My desire is without fault, I want the best for the UCLFrancophone community
