Sexpression Society: President

Hello my name is India and I would love to be your Sexpression President. 

I have had an amazing time being part of the committee for the past two years, and with my help this past year the society has developed rapidly. I have helped the reintroduction of face to face in-school teaching, as well as the coordination of consent workshops, creative socials, and much more!  I am passionate about educating all people on inclusive, comprehensive sexual health education and I believe that making the topic fun and approachable is the key to having these conversations. I am organised, responsive, and approachable, and this past year has proved that I can lead a cohesive and productive committee.

Being able to meet other members in person this academic year has been excellent and I am keen to continue the growth of the social side of the society. I plan to introduce regular socials and discussion events to create an integrated society for all members. 

I would like to give more creative power to the members of Sexpression by having a system where anyone can suggest events, discussion topics, or socials for the society. 

Additionally, I would like to further develop the consent workshop we currently provide by offering it to courses and more sports societies with the aim of improving the culture at UCL.
