Retail and Luxury Business Society: President

Hi! My name is Max. For the last year I've had the pleasure of serving as the Head of Marketing for RLBS, and for 2022/2023 I'm running for the position of President. 

I have a vision for this society, and that's to expand and enhance the membership experience in every way possible. That means more speakers, more socials, more society trips like the Rolls-Royce Factory Tour, all while maintaining the tailor-made approach that's only possible at RLBS. In addition to expanding the RLBS team and working harder than ever to make all this possible, I will work in close collaboration with UCL Automotive Society, UCL MODO, and more to make sure we offer as many varied high-quality events as possible. I also see RLBS expanding to provide career opportunities in the Retail and Luxury Business industries, through networking events with industry leaders to one-on-one career advice sessions in order to maximise the future prospects of our members.

I believe I have the skills and knowledge needed for this role. As Head of Marketing for the past year, I've been closely involved with the running of RLBS and have an intimate knowledge of how the society operates, how it could run more efficiently, and how more value can be generated for its members. Likewise, both with my company and as co-founder of UCL Asset Management Society and UCL Automotive Society I have experience expanding a society while still keeping core values intact - and I aim to do the same with RLBS.
