Netball Club (RUMS): Treasurer

Hi everyone! I'm Freyja and I'm in third year. I was captain of the fourth team this year, so I have valuable committee experience and have frequently communicated with the union. I would love to be treasurer in the next academic year. I am incredibly organised and I'd be a very reliable point of contact for the union and club members as I'm always readily available. 

What I will do if I am treasurer:

- Contact many potential sponsors over summer to secure sponsorship for the club. 

- Arrange an extensive kit catalogue, including netball joggers, skins and puffer jackets.

- Work with training sec and captains to find a suitable coach for the 4's to recs, to justify their membership price and improve turn out. 

- Introduce an incentive to attend training by holding a cheap raffle for a personalised item of kit, where members must have turned up to at least two/three training sessions in that given month to be entered (ticket cost £2-£3) - I could also organise one exclusively for the incoming freshers to encourage attendance at training.
