Kaja Posnik

Hi everyone, I'm Kaja :). 

I am really passionate about musical theatre and everything related to it, but I am also passionate about helping others and engaging in effective communication. Throughout my education, I've been a Peer Supporter and a Student Representative, which allowed me to develop my listening skills and provide support to those in need.

The position of a Welfare Officer would enable me to continue doing that, while making sure everybody feels welcome in the Society, no matter whether they are a very experienced performer or just starting their journey with musical theatre! I believe the MT community is a very close one, where everyone can be themselves and I would love to be able to contribute to that and encourage others to reach their full potential. 

By being the Welfare Officer, if trusted with the responsibility, I would always be ready to talk, check in on how everybody is finding being part of the Society and discuss any worries or talk about how much we love MT :).
