Come along to this free skills session hosted by UCL's Community Research Initiative, where you’ll learn about how to apply project management skills to research.
We will cover:
- Agile project management
- Stakeholder analysis
- Risk identification and ethics
- Practical tools to manage your research and time.
This session is focussed on collaborative, reflective and adaptive project management. It is suitable for students collaborating through CRIS and any students who want to learn more about these approaches to project management. It will be an informal, interactive session where all questions are welcome, open to all levels of study. We can't wait to see you there!
