Either your president or treasurer must attend one of our Welcome Back Briefings in order for your club/society to be allowed a stall at Welcome Fair. If neither your president or treasurer can attend any of these sessions, another member of your group can attend in your place.
You should only attend on behalf of one club or society. If you wish to attend on behalf of more than one club or society, please contact us to explain why. This will only be allowed if nobody else is available to attend.
These sessions will be held in-person in the Bloomsbury Theatre Conference Room (2nd Floor) and will include important health and safety information you need to know ahead of Welcome Week.
If you do not attend one of these briefings, your group will not be permitted to attend Welcome Fair.

- Session 1: Wednesday 11th September, 1:30pm – 3:30pm
- Session 2: Friday 13th September, 10:30am – 12:30pm
- Session 3: Tuesday 17th September, 4:00pm – 6:00pm
- Session 4: Wednesday 18th September, 1:30pm – 3:30pm
- Session 5: Thursday 19th September, 10:30am – 12:30pm
The session will take approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, and there will be time for you to ask questions at the end. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session begins and stay for the full duration of the session so that we can record your attendance.
