Muay Thai, which is a martial art from Thailand is one of the fastest growing sports in the world, having gained Olympic recognition recently in the last few years. It incorporates punches, elbows, kicks and knees.
This 90 minute training session will consist of a warm up, padwork and some conditioning to end the session.
This session is a general level session so is open to anyone!
All you need for this session is some activewear, a bottle of water and lots of enthusiasm! We provide all equipment but for hygiene purposes, please bring your own wraps and gloves if you have your own!
This training session will be held in the
upstairs studio of Somerstown Community Sports Centre
(134 Chalton Street, Camden, NW1 1RX).
