What to expect at Project Active Sound Meditation:
Our weekly classes are open to all UCL staff and students and are designed to be:
- Beginner friendly (no experience is needed)
- Low commitment
- Inclusive and welcoming
You will receive your Zoom link 24 hours before the class begins. Please click on the link a couple of minutes before the start time. The instructor will admit you into the online class. Please make sure you microphone and camera is switched off (this should be pre-set) Then you are ready to begin the class!
You willl immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations as you are guided through breath and mindfulness practices to focus your mind and let go of distractions. Find a moment to pause, relax and recharge. This is a low-impact and inclusive session specially designed for those seeking a gentle, calming experience. Embrace the journey towards mindfulness and relaxation and join us as we explore the benefits of meditation. Whether you're new to meditation or looking for a serene space to unwind, this session is open to everyone seeking a mindful and accessible practice.
Go at your own pace, there is no judgement in our classes and remember all classes are beginner friendly. So have fun, try a new activity and enjoy meeting new UCL friends at Project Active.
