This session is part of the TeamUCL Black History Month Sports Pass! 
Learn the technique and control behind Taekwondo Poomsae. This session is suitable for, both, beginners, and seasoned Taekwondo Athletes. The session will be taught with a warm-up, poomsae technique, and ending with some strength and conditioning. Come along, say hi, and see how we train!
