Come along to the FIRST instalment of UCL Anatomy Society’s Radiology teaching series!
Starting off, we have Consultant Surgeon Mr Babu giving us an interactive tutorial on the very basics of imaging! He is currently a clinical lead for breast cancer and a surgical lead of the endocrinology team at the Hillingdon Hospital. Packing many years of expertise throughout his career, his insights to foundations of CTs, X-Ray,s MRIs, and more is definitely very valuable!
• The foundational characteristics of different forms of imaging
• How to orientate oneself in cross sections of the body
• When different mediums of imaging are used
• What different radiodensities indicate in different scans and how to use this to your benefit
It aims to be of massive help to both clinical AND preclinical years so do come along!
