Description

This group is currently consulting around best days and times for scheduling. Created for all lesbian, bisexual and trans women who have experienced any form of hate or violence, at any point in life to any degree. This is not a therapy group and does not aim to explore our individual experience of trauma, but recognises the patriarchal, misogynist systems people AFB experience throughout life, that facilitate a degree of acceptance around violence aimed at us. ReClaim aims to support shared regrowth through learning tools for resilience and coping, rebuilding and reclaiming our sense of selves with confidence and esteem.

  • Working alongside a member of the HeadsOut Team
