Our aims are clear: to help all of our members keep fit, stay focused and learn how to defend themselves. Our sessions are lead by a fully qualified external instructor, John, with each session comprising of three main parts: stretching, stamina building & flexibility; fighting technique practice & consolidation; and finally, light sparring. Wednesday sessions will be mostly focused on Cardio. Expect to be pushed both physically and mentally during every session. All that being said, also expect to have a lot of fun along the way!
