What to expect from a Project Active Give it a Go Session
Our 'Give it a Go' sessions are designed to be:
- Beginner friendly (no experience is needed)
- Low commitment
- Inclusive and welcoming
- A great place for making new friends!
- A great way to try something new
The session will be run by a qualified coach together with some experienced players. After a warm-up and introduction to the wheelchair and the sport, basic skills will be taught before going into some games.
This training is tailored to players of all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced players. All you need are some comfortable clothes and a water bottle, we'll provide everything else you need, including balls and a wheelchair. When you arrive, committee members will be waiting outside the court and show you where to go. We can't wait to see you all at Somers Town!

Time: 20:00 - 22:00
