Idea for research
Succeed 2 The Max is a London-based youth career development charity which empowers young people to shape their own version of a successful, meaningful career.

We want to understand how young people view success, in their careers and education. This research could be undertook as a comparative study of what success means to young people before, during and after university, as well as in students who do not go to university.
Impact of idea
Our charity exists to empower young people to define success for themselves, so it will be transformative to have a piece of empirical research documenting what this looks like across a select sample. We would love to work closely with a dedicated student who can share their findings in a creative and accessible way, and we are interested in collaborating with students from all disciplines.
