Succeed 2 The Max is a fresh and innovative London-based youth career development charity founded in 2021 and currently serving young people under the age of 30 (16-30) in the boroughs of Hackney and Haringey. (For marginalized and BAME communities).

Succeed 2 the Max champion young people marginalised backgrounds to be CEOs of their career destiny and allow them to define success on their own terms. Working with young people from marginalised backgrounds, we support them to:

  1. Maximise their student experience to the fullest 
  2. Pursue their dream careers regardless of their circumstances.
  3. Find meaningful opportunities presented to them throughout their career journey and explore what success looks like in their eyes.
  4. Equip them with the tools to navigate adversities 

Through this innovative mission we provide the following support and activities which develop young people’s skills, capacities and capabilities:
