Come and join us for a mindfulness session before we go on a mindful walk around the UCL East and Stratford area.

Joined by Rev'd Reid Humble, we will be doing some mindfulness activities such as colouring and building a zen garden.

After this, we will go on a mindful walk around the area.

Reid Humble will also be present for any conversations regarding faith or belief backgrounds, and he can offer support about anything affecting your time at UCL. If you would like a protected timeslot on a different day, you can book a one-to-one by emailing [email protected]

  • 13:00-14:00, Marshgate Main Entrance
