This event is run by Student Advisers in Student Support and Wellbeing Services specifically for students in the Faculty of Engineering Sciences.

Join us for a stretching workshop and improve your posture as you study.

We will take you through a 10-minute mini stretching routine where you will learn how to stretch effectively whilst sat at your desk.

You'll also learn more about the benefits of adding movement into your study sessions.

After this, we'll have a social with some free snacks. Spaces are limited, book now to secure your spot!
