Take a moment to ground yourself and connect at this yoga session. Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for a while or are just getting started, this class is a great chance to recharge, and enjoy the welcoming atmosphere of our club. It’s also a wonderful opportunity to connect with other members and experience the calming energy of yoga together.
Mats will be provided—all you need to bring is yourself and an open mind.
