These sessions are designed specifically for those new to pole fitness, offering a supportive, judgment-free space where you can learn the basics at your own pace.

Gabby’s warm, approachable teaching style makes every class a positive experience. She understands the journey of starting from scratch, having once been in your shoes right here at UCL! With her expert guidance, you’ll develop strength, flexibility, and confidence as you master foundational spins, grips, and simple routines.
