Kick off Welcome with a bang and join our Union Bar Crawl! Led by fellow UCL students, this undergrad only our bar crawl will give you a chance to explore the social scene on campus and visit each of your Students' Union Bars. Plus it's completely free to join!
Each bar has it's own vibe and atmosphere so it's a great opportunity to find your new favourite, meet lots of other new students and hopefully make some friends and some good memories.
This will be a welcoming, social environment with alcohol consumption optional - all of the bars have plenty of non-alcoholic options available too so you can still join in with the fun.
Bar Line-Up:
- The Institute - We'll start the night in style at The Institute, it's a favourite with postgrads and with an outside patio, extensive cocktail menu, pool tables and pizzas it's easy to see why.
- The Huntley - Next we'll head back closer to central campus with our mini pub. It's chilled and relaxed vibe will be perfect for meeting and getting to know your fellow students.
- Mully's - Next, head downstairs to karaoke central! Mully's is your very own mini-club basement bar and it's karaoke nights are LEGENDARY
- Phineas - Ready to hit the dance floor? Our largest bar has space for dancing and socialising and a favourite with undergrads due to it's regular club nights and super cheap deals throughout the year. You can continue the party here or circle back to your favourite bar with your new drinking buddies
Can't make tonight? Why not join our Bar Crawl on Wednesday 17 September instead
Haven't got a ticket? It's best to think of free bar event tickets as a way to register your interest rather than guaranteeing access. We recommend booking a free ticket as we use this information to work out if a venue will be near capacity and also to send you a reminder about the event nearer the time (and for no other marketing purposes). However, having or not having a ticket will not determine if you can access an event as we operate a first-come-first-served policy for accessing the bars, so if you are on campus – feel free to pop by and join in if there’s space on the night.
