We are Looking for Volunteers to Mentor young people with disabilities. aged 16-25 during their transition into Adulthood.

Duties

-Support young people with activities relating to their transition to adulthood.

-Help develop their confidence and independence.

-Provide support to help them  achieve their goal.

3 days of training

Time commitment

2 hours per week, more if volunteer is available.
