As a feedback micro-volunteer, you will spend 3-4 hours visiting one of our residential services and capturing service user feedback for our 2024 client survey in an inclusive, accessible way so that our clients feel confident that their voice is being heard. You will be meeting clients in person and having discussions with them, with support from staff. You will help them understand the questions asked so they express their views and feelings and potentially physically writing their verbal responses on their behalf, with their oversight and consent.
