Our Accessible Waterways Day on 5th October 2024 is a fun and informal event with a purpose, for anyone who enjoys our inland waterways! Hosted at UCL East, it is aimed at anyone with accessibility needs or an interest in making our waterways more accessible. The programme includes a series of talks and stallholders exhibiting how they are working towards making our inland waterways as accessible as possible.
The event runs from 10:30 - 18:00. We are looking for volunteers who can help with generating social media content (e.g. photography, videos, short interviews with guests). You'll have the opportunity to visit the stalls and attend the talks on the day. This is also a great chance to get to know the UCL East Campus and the surrounding area!

Lunch and snacks will be provided.
- Photographing the event throughout the day, including guests interacting with stallholders and presenters giving presentations.
- Creating short videos with stallholders for social media.
- Interviewing guests and potentially gathering information for a post-event blog.
