High Fliers Research, in association with The Times, is looking for students from 30 leading universities across the UK to apply for the role of Interviewer. Applicants must be well connected with final year students on campus, organised, and confident in talking to fellow students.
As an Interviewer, your research will directly impact The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers careers guide for 2025-26, which is published free of charge to students across the UK; this guide helps students to find their first graduate employer via a comprehensive list of employer locations, roles, starting salaries and more.
Interviewer Role Details:
- Commences in early February 2025 and lasts for 10 days
- Attend a short on-campus training session to understand the survey methodology
- Find 25 final year students studying at your university and carry out a short face-to-face survey (15-20 mins) about their plans after graduation
- Work in your team to hit your target and report your progress to your University Manager
- Time commitment of 6-8 hours across 2 weeks

Applicant Criteria:
- We're looking for students with strong networks and connections at their university - such as society involvement, extracurriculars, or positions of responsibility
- You'll need good time-management and organisational skills
- This role is for final year undergraduates, however students from other years with strong final year networks may be considered
