I am running for President at GUILD because I have solid leadership and work experience, and I want to work with like-minded, and humble peers while at GUILD. I have completed various legal insight and internships on different global law firms including White & Case LLP, King & Wood Mallesons LLP, and Wilson Sonsini LLP. As Head of Speakers for London Law Conference, I collaborated with colleagues on inviting Senior Equity Partners from top Law firms to share their visions on the future of law including Skadden LLP, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, White & Case LLP, Paul, Weiss LLP. As President of another UCL Society, I also worked closely with colleagues on successfully hosting seminars with experts in their fields.

As President, I will improve collaboration across initiatives among societies, maximize partnership with current & potential sponsors, and take advantage of GUILD academy to host inspiring events that solidify GUILD’s reputation in UK. I will invite heads from prominent industries to share their advice, and host mock assessment centres by Senior Members of industries through monthly workshops. I will also work collaboratively with Societies globally on organizing summits that invite leaders across private and public sectors for sharing their career journeys. Together, I believe that I can collaborate with friends through passion, goal determination, and efficiency that will provide a series of inspiring events in the upcoming 2022-2023 round.

Working as a Sponsorship Executive for the Guild has given me the opportunity to work with our external partners/sponsors to plan and organise events. During my time, I have developed a better understanding of the internal operations of the society and now understand how the alliance with the 5 societies gives the society a unique competitive advantage. Inspired by the committee and events, I now believe I am ready for the greater responsibility of leading this great society.

As President of the Guild, I want to increase productivity internally while continuing to expand the society's inclusiveness by expanding the range of new initiatives. My goals to take the Guild brand to the next level focuses on improving collaboration between societies and enhancing outreach through:

- Further developing the Guild Academy to include more areas of interest such as sustainability.

- Strengthening relationships with our current sponsors while seeking partnerships with exciting companies to reach more students.

- Increasing the scope of initiatives with our 5 societies throughout the year.

In conclusion, working for the Guild has benefited me personally tremendously, and I hope that all members of the Guild will experience the same. I look forward to working with my new board and am motivated to ensure that we continue to be the best career support at UCL.
