Cricket Club: Social Secretary (Club-Wide)

I am standing because I really love cricket and want to make sure that I can help other people progress in their own cricket careers while having fun. I know that I haven't been a regular at socials, but I really want to change that next year and work hard to bring all my skills to the cricket table. 

On top of the sports side of the club, the social aspect has been very important to me so I would like to nominate myself for the role of social sec to help grow and improve the social side.

I would like to:

• Help boost the number of people attending club-wide social events by planning regular social events for the club that vary in style to try and keep things fun for existing members as well as creating an atmosphere that everyone feels comfortable in. 
• Increase the numbers of new members in the club by planning freshers' events 
• Work closely with Sixes to be able to plan some exciting socials events there 
• Communicate with other clubs and discuss mixed socials
• Organise watching cricket together (e.g. Cricket World Cup)
