One year ago, I started competing in Muay Thai on a random Monday morning when my coach texted me and said he booked me a fight for the weekend. Fast forward to today, somehow I am a current active fighter who competes in A-Class/Pro-Am Muay Thai and Semi-Pro K1. The old me wouldn't believe it.

That's why I love the sport so much. Training is so enjoyable that before you know it, you've made so much progress that only people around you notice. Muay Thai brings all kinds of people from different backgrounds together. Whether your goal is to become the next world champion or just become fitter and more confident, everyone's goal has the same path, and we all work together.

Muay Thai has changed my life and given me the confidence to be myself, and as events sec, I want as many people to experience the same things I did. Training/Competing in Muay Thai seems incredibly daunting at first, but I promise taking the first step is always the hardest. Therefore, I'll make my goal to make as many people pick up MT and even compete!!!

I will constantly peer pressure you to compete. (I'm joking, kind of..)

I would attach a photo of me winning but that would be boring
