Muay Thai Club: Events Secretary

Hi everyone! I am Brian Zhou. This is my first year in UCL. And I would like to join the team. Here's the reason for the campaign, thanks for watching!

Firstly, I have an obsessive passion for Muay Thai. I have been practicing Muay Thai for five years since high school. I have participated in amateur kickboxing competitions. When someone asks me what my interests are, I usually tell him I love Muay Thai and all martial arts. Except for work time, all my time is devoted to Muay Thai training.

Second, I had experience managing societies. Before I come to UCL I was the president of MMA club in an international university. I have been the president for three years, and during the management period, the club has grown from a small club with 10 members to a large club with 200 members. I set up my own training ground for the club, bought gear and renovated the boxing room. In addition, I am not only responsible for the operation of the club, but also for the weekly teaching activities. I formed my own publicity team, event team, administrative team. These experiences have provided me with valuable management experience and I hope I can continue to contribute to the Muay Thai Club.

Third, I have held three large-scale club activities in the university to promote mma and Muay Thai to students. Won first prize in the sports club category in the most popular club competition 2020.

Therefore, I hope to continue to improve myself and better build the club. Thanks for your support!
