Hi everyone, I’d absolutely love to be your social sec this year especially considering my great enthusiasm to socials and Scala (to the point where I prioritise them to Thursday lectures).

I’m a very committed member of lacrosse playing both women’s and mixed and have shown my dedication and punctuality attending every match and training. I’m very organised and never fail to go full out each week whatever the theme may be. I’d like to think I’m very friendly and approachable (although many say I look scary but I promise I’m not) so hope to get everyone involved and enjoying themselves. I also show up every Wednesday with good energy, gassing up the 2s during and after the match, taking every ginning with chest and convincing everyone to come to socials afterwards.

I’ve got many ideas for socials with bigger and better games including pub golf, 3 legged, sac, egg and spoon races, assault courses and many more.

Being completely mental in freshers, I’ve come to be very talented at planning nights out, no matter where that may be and however spontaneous it is, always getting us there with sufficient pre drinks on the way. So, vote for me and i promise you’ll have a banging year and won’t make any of u eat garlic again.

Emma D Chernyshov

Hi my name is emma

I am running to be your social sec this year. As a competitive member of the lacrosse team and almost always attending socials , I feel I would be a very strong fit for this role. I have shown myself to be up for anything proven by my 22 day bender during tour last year despite apparently having Scarlett fever. I am commited to the social life of lacrosse, attending ministry every Tuesday and then showing up to matches and scala on Wednesdays , nothing can dissuade me. If you know me then you my motto is ‘ we’re here for a good time not a long time’. Despite this I want to highlight my commitment to making sure everyone feels safe and comfortable, in particular I would aim to encourage more active bystander training and promote more non drinking socials as well as making sure I am a well known face amongst freshers and other members of lacrosse. Vote for me and I will ensure by the end of the year lacrosse will have the best socials across the whole of ucl #sliving
