Muay Thai, which is a martial art from Thailand is one of the fastest growing sports in the world, having gained Olympic recognition recently in the last few years. It incorporates punches, elbows, kicks and knees.
This 60 minute training session will consist of a warm up, partner drills and some conditioning to end the sessions. Please note that there are two identical sessions one after another so more people can come to training so don’t book both sessions! If you book both sessions, you may be turned away and refused a refund.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your session so we can check tickets. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will not be able to take part in the session.
This session is a general level session but we recommend that participants know the basic strikes before joining.
All you need for this session is some activewear, a bottle of water and lots of enthusiasm! We provide all equipment but for hygiene purposes, please bring your own wraps, gloves and shin-pads if you have them!
This training session will be held in the
Multipurpose room upstairs in Bloomsbury Fitness
(3rd floor of Bloomsbury Theatre building, 15 Gordon Street, London, WC1H 0AH).
