This week's talk will be about the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the heart of the Catholic faith. Whether you've been to Mass every week of your life or have never even heard of it, all are welcome

Saints of our Holy Church have commented thus about this central act of Christian worship:

"If we really understood the Mass we would die of joy."- St John Marie Vianney.

"If only we knew how God regards this sacrifice, we would risk our lives to be present at a single Mass." St Padre Pio.

"Know, O Christian, that the Mass is the holiest act of religion. You cannot do anything to glorify God more, nor profit your soul more, than by devoutly assisting at it, and assisting as often as possible" St Peter Julian Eymard.

The talk will be at 7pm in the John Fisher Room, Newman House, 111 Gower St, WC1E 6AR.
